Block List

What is Block List?

A block list is a feature that lets models or users prevent specific individuals from viewing their profile or entering their chat room. On cam sites, block lists are a core safety and moderation tool for performers and sometimes for viewers.

How block lists work on live cam and adult cam platforms: when you block someone, that user typically can't see your room, send you messages, or tip you. On some cam sites, blocked users may still be able to watch in spy mode or as lurkers in public chat, depending on platform rules—so blocking isn't always total invisibility. Models use block lists to filter out harassers, time-wasters, or people who've violated their rules. Serious cam sites also let users report and block others for abuse, which can feed into site-wide moderation.

If you're evaluating the best cam sites, check how blocking works: whether you can block by username, whether blocks are immediate, and whether the platform supports IP blocking for repeat offenders. Block lists help keep cam communities safer and give performers control over their space. For related safety features, see our entries on IP blocking and moderation.
